Park & Attraction Hours

Carnival Magic is open every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday. Operating hours are 5:30 pm – 11:30 pm.

“Kingdom of Lights” attraction will be open only after the main parade has ended or at a pre-announced time.

“River Carnival” parade show is performed at the “River Palace” paradium* at 8:30 pm Paradium gate opens at 8:00 pm. The parade show is 45 minutes in duration.
*Paradium is a parade stadium

Kindly note that “River Carnival” may be performed more than once a day on some pre-announced dates. In those cases, parade times will be 6:30 pm in addition to the usual 8:30 pm time slot. Paradium gate opens 30 minutes prior to parade time.

“Bird of Paradise” Buffet Dinner starts from 5:30 pm till 8:30 pm. Operating hours may be extended from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on busy days.

To Carnival Magic

If you opt to use our Transfer Service (operated by Phuket FantaSea), please contact our reservation hotline to guarantee availability. If a reservation has been made, please be ready at the Main Lobby* of your hotel at least 5 minutes before pick-up time and present your Name and Reservation Code to our chauffeur before boarding.

* Note that some hotels may have more than 1 lobby. Please inquire with the hotel reception to make sure that you wait at the Main Lobby where our van can be found.

It is our firm commitment to provide as timely a service as possible. Nevertheless, there are regrettably many factors beyond our control that could delay our transfer. We respectfully ask for your kind patience and understanding. If our van is more than 15 minutes late, please kindly contact us for assistance.

If you have not made any reservation and wish to “hop on” one of our vans, please contact our chauffeur for seat availability and assistance.

Return to Hotels

Our return transportation service begins after the parade show ends. When you wish to return, please proceed to the transfer station counter located near the front of the park for transportation back to your lodgings. Transfer service van will leave approximately every 10 minutes or so until midnight.

Car Park

Car Park is free of charge for park guests. 2 car parks are available and together can accommodate up to 750 cars or 200 coaches at any one time.

Kindly note that we regretfully do not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of parked cars or any property inside.
