All ticket types also include admission to the park, 7% government tax (VAT) and admission to Kingdom of Lights. In addition, there are many free street and stage shows, parades and live band performances throughout the night. Additional charges apply to some activities such as rides, playground and souvenir photos.
The prices that we offer are standard prices for all guests. We regret we do not offer any group discount.
Carnival Magic enforces a one-price policy on all official sellers. All prices offered on the internet, by our official agents or at our ticketing office, are the same. We reserve the rights to reject any reservation or voucher issued if it is found to be in violation of our policies.
All our official agents are contractually obligated to sell our tickets at the same prices. Failure to adhere to our one-price policy may result in the suspension or termination of the contract. Vouchers bought at an unauthorized discount may be deemed invalid and as such, Carnival Magic reserves the right to reject the use of such vouchers without refund or compensation.

Tickets may be issued in advance if the full amount is prepaid. It is also possible to confirm a reservation without coming to the park for ticket collection by prepaying the total amount. Reservations fully paid in advance will not be subject to cancellation.
Park admission fee is included in all ticket types and only ticket holders are able to enter the park. Park admission ticket holders may opt to purchase dinners (or other upgrade options) inside the park by contacting the restaurant desired or our inFUNmation center located in Carnival Fun Fair. We regret we do not offer “Dinner Only” tickets.
Inside the park are a variety of street shows, parades, activities as well as souvenir and novelty shops that are exclusively provided for the enjoyment of all our guests (ticket holders) only. We regret that only ticket holders may enter the park.
Although Carnival Magic and Phuket FantaSea are sister parks, the two are separately managed by 2 different companies. Ticket for one park will not be accepted by another. However, unused tickets may be XXXXXX

Yes. A reservation is highly recommended as good seats in the paradium (parade stadium) are constantly in demand. Our seats are assigned by a computerized seat allocation system on a best available basis on day of visit.
To ensure that our guests are assigned the best seat possible, all reservations are queued on a first-come-first-serve basis and seats will only be assigned by a computerized seat allocation system on day of visit.
To make a reservation, the following information will be required.
1) Guest name
2) Ticket type (Admission ticket with dinner OR Admission ticket only)
3) No. of guests (Please indicate the number of infants)
4) Date of visit
5) Paradium seat class (Standard or Royal)
6) Hotel name (if transportation is required)
7) Special requirements (such as wheelchair assistance etc.)
Reservations may be made via phone, email and fax by providing us with all the required information as stated above. Alternatively, our online reservation service provides the most convenient way of making reservations and can be accessed via our website at carnivalmagic.fun or click here to proceed to reservation page.
Payment is not required when making a reservation. However, tickets must be collected at least 1 hour prior to show time or the reservation is subject to cancellation. Reservations that have been paid in advance will not be subject to cancellation. Online reservation is required to be fully prepaid but the amount prepaid may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to date of visit.
All details can be changed as long as tickets have not been issued.

Yes. However, before any changes can be made to a reservation, our reservationist will require the correct name and reservation code for verification.
Carnival Magic is located on Kamala Beach, approximately 10 km north of Patong Beach (Phuket’s most well-known beach). Transportation in the form of a tuk tuk (taxi) is available on the island. For your comfort and safety, we recommend professional hotel transportation or our FantaSea van transfer service.
Our FantaSea transfer service is non private and runs on a fixed schedule. Should you wish to choose your own pick-up time, we suggest that you select our private van service. (There is a surcharge for private transfer)

It is generally safe to take a taxi around the island. However, as in any country, caution is advised, especially for tourists.
A taxi (tuk tuk) station is available at the front of the park.
Yes, but please be sure to board the right van at the right station. We charge a fixed rate to any hotel on the island so there will not be any surcharge.
We regret our FantaSea transfer service is restricted to routes between hotels and Phuket FantaSea/Carnival Magic park only.
It is advisable to book your transportation in advance to avoid disappointment. It is possible to “hop on” provided that seats on the van are still available. Please check with our chauffeur who will be able to provide assistance to you on site.
Although our transportation service generally does not cover airport transfer, it is our policy and commitment to entertain any special requests that our guests might have, as much as possible. Please contact us so that further assistance can be extended.

Carnival Magic features numerous unique attractions carrying a Thai carnival theme including rides. However, these rides cater only to kids under 140 cm. Each ride also has its own requirements, terms and conditions which must be strictly observed.
Definitely Yes! The park can be enjoyed by guests of all ages. There are also facilities that cater for the elderly as well as the disabled.
We regret that, for the safety of all our guests, pets are strictly prohibited inside our park. A pet suite, located at the entrance area of the Park, is available to provide temporary shelter for your pets during your visit.
Wireless high speed internet (Wifi) is available for free at our FantaSea Carnival Club, located outside of the Park. Should you wish to use the internet while visiting Carnival Magic, please contact any of our staff members who will be able to provide assistance to you.
WThere are charging stations located at various locations inside the park. Please contact our staff members for assistance.
Our FantaSea Carnival Club provides various facilities such as wireless high speed internet, shower room, TV and projection room as well as full time receptionists and maids. Please contact our staff should you wish to use the facility. Surcharge may apply for some services.

The Bird of Paradise Buffet Restaurant, one of the world’s grandest, is itself an experience not to be missed. If you do not wish to have the buffet, there is a luxury set dinner restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, a fast food eatery, drink bars, and several snack booths located inside Carnival Fun Fair that offer tempting alternatives.
Photography, sound and video recording are prohibited inside the paradium. All guests are requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones and all recording devices at the self-service locker hall near the entrance to the paradium before entering.
The parade show is suitable for both adults and children.
Young infants may enter the paradium at the discretion of parents.
Language is not used in the parade show.

We do not provide tour service. Nevertheless, we would be glad to recommend respectable tour agents to you, if required.

A Gift Voucher is a prepaid voucher that can be given to another guest as a present.
There are 3 types of Gift Vouchers available:
1. Park Admission Only Ticket Gift Voucher – for customers who wish to purchase our admission tickets as a gift for other guests.
2. Park Admission Ticket with Buffet Dinner Gift Voucher – for customers who wish to purchase our admission ticket with dinner as a gift for other guests.
3. Souvenir Gift Voucher – for use in place of cash to purchase souvenir items within Carnival Magic premises.

In general, a guest is required to make a reservation before the gift voucher can be issued. If the visit date is not yet known, we recommend that a tentative date be booked and reservation be amended at a later time when visit date is confirmed. If, for some reason, a booking cannot be made, please contact us so that assistance can be provided. Please note that holder of Souvenir Gift Voucher will be required to purchase an admission ticket before he/she can enter the park and use the Souvenir Gift Voucher.
